BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Ecohawk Tech Services Inc. (“Ecohawk”) was incorporated by Eigerhawk, Ltd. (www.eigerhawk.com), a private investment firm, to create a larger scale integrated specialized services and solutions and applied technology company. 

Ecohawk’s current Board of Directors consists of the two founding directors, Wirt D. Walker III and David W. Hearding.  Additional directors and management will join the Company through mergers, acquisitions, investment, and recruitment.

Wirt D. Walker III

Mr. Walker is the Chairman of Eigerhawk, Ltd., a private investment firm.  Prior to establishing Eigerhawk, Ltd., Mr. Walker co-founded and was a Director and the Managing Director of KuwAm Corporation, a private international business and investment firm which developed and brokered international business transactions, engaged in special situation investment, provided capital, corporate finance and investment banking services to companies, and established and managed two private investment partnerships.  Mr. Walker and his partners have invested in more than 30 privately held and publicly traded companies as minority, majority, passive, and active investors.  He led and was directly involved in the development and consummation of corporate restructurings and financings that resulted in the creation of significant shareholder and enterprise value, and he has served as a director of numerous privately held and publicly traded companies.  Mr. Walker graduated from L.A.S. in Switzerland and earned an AB degree in Government and Law from Lafayette College.

David W. Hearding

David W. Hearding is a corporate vice president of Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc., responsible for developing new markets.  Previously he served as a Senior Vice President of ManTech International Corporation (including SRS Technologies, Inc., which was acquired by ManTech in 2007) from 2001 until August of 2013.  Mr. Hearding was directly responsible for a $130 million division which he grew from $1 million to $130 million in annual revenues, and included 25 programs and contracts and 350 employees, by penetrating new markets with innovative and successful strategies and capturing contract awards totaling $750 million in contract value.  In particular, he also started and managed an environmental services business and grew it to more than $10 million in annual revenues and 50 employees in just three years.  Prior to entering the private sector, Mr. Hearding was an officer in the U.S. Navy and commanded a nuclear submarine and also managed all operational aspects of the Navy’s deployed fleet of ships. He earned a BS Degree in Physics from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MS in Nuclear Engineering and a post Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
